Sizing and Care Information
We recommend washing you Gumbies Outback Slippers or Brumby Boots on a cool wash (anything below 40c is OK) using a cleaning detergent of your choice.
Placing them in an old pillow case will help protect them and your washing machine from scuffs and bumps.
We also recommend removing the insoles and wash these by hand.
Leave both parts to dry naturally in a warm dry place.
1. Fill a bucket with warm water, and make a lather with 1- 2 table spoons of mild laundry detergent a liquid detergent suitable for delicates like Ecover delicate laundry liquid is ideal.
2. Using a toothbrush or washing-up sponge, scrub the canvas on the flip-flops whilst holding it above the bucket of water.
3. Dip the flip-flops in the water to wash off the dirt and continue scrubbing.
4. Rinse your flip-flops with warm, clean water.
5. Use an old towel to remove any excess water from the flip-flops.
6. Leave the flip-flops to dry in the sun if possible or in a warm dry place indoors.

Please ensure that your return is in the same condition in which they were received and are in a resalable condition. We will not accept items that have clearly been worn. Items which have been worn will not be refunded or exchanged.
We now offer free returns (Applies only to UK Orders) create your free returns label you will need to go to the Royal Mail website and complete the form to generate your label.
Note: You will need a printer to for your label. Royal Mail will also email a QR code which some Post Office's can scan and print at customer service points. Please check before hand if this option is available to you. More details can be found at royalmail.com.
Please ensure you have adequately package your return. We will not be held liable for damage to us without suitable packaging. This includes footwear sent back in unwrapped shoe boxes. Please do not use staples to seal packages as we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the customer. Ensure that your return is in the same condition in which it was received and is in a resalable condition.
